Chinese Pamiris (Chinese: 中国帕米尔高原; pinyin: Zhōngguó pà mǐ'ěr gāoyuán) are ethnic Pamiris who live in the Pamir Mountains of Tashkurgan Tajik Autonomous County, in Xinjiang, China. They are one of the 56 ethnic groups officially recognized by the Chinese government. Most Chinese Pamiris speak an Eastern Iranian language; the vast majority speak Sarikoli while a minority speak Wakhi.
